Return Policy

What Can I Return?

a. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

b. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

a. Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)

b. Personalized Items (custom engraved or embroidered),Special-order Products, Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason.

Returns need to be postage paid, and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Easy Returns

1. Submit a request

Click the related "Return" button and fill out the form.

2. Receive return authorization

Receive return authorization (PDF) form with the exact return address  (may take 24-72 hours).

3. Ship it back

Postage paid Print and attach the provided USPS, Fedex or UPS shipping label as well as the PDF form to the outside of the box.

4. Receive refund or replacement

Once the merchandise is received your refund would be issued within 3 business days or a replacement shipped.
